A sincere apologies
[edit]hello Jeff G and moderators! I apologize to both you and the page itself. I behaved very badly, it was my first time on the page and I didn't know how it worked. I made a lot of mistakes in the day and a half I was here and I'm sorry, I'm so sorry. I also have to thank you for deleting the two files I uploaded, I didn't want to have problems. Again, truly apologize and sorry for wasting your time. I hope it hasn't caused any problems due to copyrighted files. I probably won't appear here again for a long time because of the pity I feel for myself. And honestly, if they block my account, I deserve it! Thank you a thousand times. Forgiveness from the heart And sorry for my English, it's bad Fedex2025 Fedex2025 (talk) 21:06, 2 March 2025 (UTC)
- @Fedex2025: I understand. What other languages do you read or write? — 🇺🇦Jeff G. ツ please ping or talk to me🇺🇦 10:28, 3 March 2025 (UTC)
- Hi Jeff G, good morning mate.
- I can get by with English (I have learned to a certain level) but my native language is Spanish. Fedex2025 (talk) 11:06, 3 March 2025 (UTC)
- @Fedex2025: Thanks. My Spanish from 40 some years ago is rusty, but I know enough to direct lost pedestrians and rideshare drivers. — 🇺🇦Jeff G. ツ please ping or talk to me🇺🇦 11:13, 3 March 2025 (UTC)
Your reply to permission to Use a letter
[edit]Jeff: Thanks for the quick response. The author, former Senator Diane Feinstein, is deceased. Her letter is a response to a question Preston Cook had in a letter to her about whether or not the Bald Eagle had ever been officially designated as the US National Bird. She said it hadn't. There is nothing personal, confidential, or controversial about the topic. In fact, it adds noteworthiness to the subject matter on the Wikipedia post. Tmcfarlandpr (talk) 18:44, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
- @Tmcfarlandpr: You're welcome. Was she a Senator when she wrote the letter? She was in office November 4, 1992 – September 29, 2023. — 🇺🇦Jeff G. ツ please ping or talk to me🇺🇦 20:27, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks for your quick response. Sen. Feinstein wrote the letter on Sept. 16, 2011 while she was a sitting senator. She wrote it to Preston Cook, the subject of the wikipedia post. Mr. Cook took the photo of the letter, which is currently on public display as part of the Preston Cook American Bald Eagle Collection at the National Eagle Center in Wabasha, MN. Simply put, the letter is on public display, Mr. Cook took the photo. And I've submitted his approval to use it. Tmcfarlandpr (talk) 14:35, 6 March 2025 (UTC)
- @Tmcfarlandpr: You're welcome again. We should be able to host it with tag {{PD-USGov-Congress}}, along with whatever license Mr. Cook provides. — 🇺🇦Jeff G. ツ please ping or talk to me🇺🇦 16:34, 6 March 2025 (UTC)
- Jeff: Thank you for the approval and the tag info! Mr. Cook has already sent in his license. Tmcfarlandpr (talk) 14:00, 9 March 2025 (UTC)

File:Hahn Beate Anfang 1920er Jahre.jpg
[edit]Hi Jeff, thanks for your messagae. Plaese accept my apologies, I messed up everything with this file. 1. The file has been suggested by somebody else for deletion. 2. I believe his file should be kept as the photo of Beate Hahn has been taken by her husband Franz Hahn who died in 1933. 3. I tried to rename the file since I now know the photo has not been taken in the early 1920ies, but later in that decade. The file should be named Beate Hahn 1920ies.jpg I am not at all familiar with the complex wiki terminolgy an all the abbreviations. Therefore, I would be more than grateful I you could fix this problem for me. Many thanks in advcance for your support. Kind regards Christian40489 (talk) 17:37, 10 March 2025 (UTC)
