This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reportswikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergencywikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.	Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.	Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.	Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

Coat of arms of Trinidad and Tobago

Please, look at Commons:Featured picture candidates/removal/File:Coat of arms of Trinidad and Tobago.svg. The file realised by Sodacan, featured on 2012, has been overwritten by HapHaxion: File:Coat of arms of Trinidad and Tobago (1962-2025).svg. HapHaxion created a copy of it as File:Coat of arms of Trinidad and Tobago (1962-2025).svg, but in this way the history is lost. Could you please split this: File:Coat of arms of Trinidad and Tobago (1962-2025).svg? The last version shoud remain at the current title, while the previous ones should be moved to the title proposed by HapHaxion, overwriting this one. Category:Flickr images from bad authors

Five years ago, in Special:Diff/512752741 Leonel Sohns removed this cat from Category:Copyright violations. Today, in Special:Diff/1006891449 Ng Huy Hoàng added Category:Candidates for speedy deletion. I see a lot of likely PD material there. I can't think why those should be speedied. @Ng Huy Hoàng: was this based on discussion some place, or just your own decision? Effectively, you've asked for several hundred files to be speedy-deleted, and I don't see much sign you examined them before doing so. Request for mass deletion – images from a copyrighted translation

Hello,

I recently uploaded several images from a Spanish translation of a book published in 1927 (Fundamentos filosóficos de la pedagogía, by August Messer). However, I later realized that the translator, J. Rovira y Armengol, passed away in 1970, which means that the translation is still under copyright in most countries.

Since these images are not in the public domain yet, I kindly request their deletion. Here is the list of files to be deleted:

Flickrbot breakdown problem

Dear Users and Admins,

I believe that the FlickrBot here stopped working again almost 2 hours ago today.
